What area does your research focus on?

My research focuses on audit and corporate governance and how culture may have an impact on corporate governance practices.

What are the other key aspects of your role?

I am a module leader for Assurance module for undergrad students. I supervise Master students and Postgrad management enquiry thesis.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Sports (Tennis) and find people to help financially, recruitment, mental health etc., mainly in my home country, Lebanon. 

What do you think you could particularly offer mentoring support with?

As someone struggles in the PhD processes and in integration in the UK, I can help and support in students’ research journey. I am also happy to help in anything that might have positive impact on their academic journey.
